To expedite your tenant application we require the following for each applicant:

  1. Photo Identification: Passport or driver’s licence.
  2. Landlord Reference: Must state the address of the property, periods you were there, and landlord contact information phone number and email.
  3. 2 x Recent Payslips
  4. Utility Bill: A bank statement, phone bill, motor tax renewal or revenue certs will suffice.
  5. Work Reference: On company-headed paper, indicating the length of employment and position you hold in the company.
  6. Completed Online Application Form 
  7. P.P.S. Number: To register with the Residential Tenancy Board should you be successful.
  8. Security Deposit – equal to one month’s rent: This is payable in advance of lease signing.
  9. 1st Month’s Rent in advance: This is payable in advance of lease signing.

If you cannot supply all the required information please use the “additional information” box to to provide further clarification. 

 If you are offered a property through our agency it is important that we receive the Security Deposit (Equivalent to the first month’s rent) before the lease is signed. If you decide not to take the property having paid the deposit,  we will return the deposit to you, in full, within 5 working days.

The online form must be completed in full, and references provided are subject to verification. Please note we adhere to GDPR guidelines and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will retain your information whilst you are actively applying to rent a property, if your application is unsuccessful, we shall delete your information with immediate effect.

If you are the new tenant of the property then we shall hold your details on file for a duration of six years to comply with PSRA legislation.

We will never share your information with any third party, with the exception of, the Property Services Regulator.

This application is not a contract and is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Please be advised that, in all cases, we will contact Employers/Previous Landlords / Letting agents to verify any references supplied.
